My Garmin Forerunner 630 now shows the time 8 hours and 11 minutes behind the correct time. That could be the time the battery was flat. I then had real difficulty pairing with my iPhone but it's now paired. I have done soft and hard resets of the watch and removed and reinstalled Garmin Connect. I've changed time zones on my iPhone.

Bluetooth and Zwift are years old. All Garmin capable watches should be brought up to date to be compatible with Bluetooth sensors and Zwift.
